A little bit about us

Yesteryear Travel is a family-run business.

The idea of running tours to Regional destinations using vintage transport has been a dream of ours for many years. We brainstormed, researched, planned and prepared over a period of 3 years, and had planned to launch our first tour in 2020.

Unfortunately this was postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Now, more than ever, we are determined to do our part and help get Regional Victoria booming again!

Our Future Aim

Yesteryear Travel is committed to supporting regional tourism businesses.

Our aim is to run affordable tours to regional Victorian locations, visiting popular attractions such as Sovereign Hill and Puffing Billy, as well as the hidden treasures in towns like Daylesford, Walhalla and Maldon.

Our transport is mainly from a yesteryear era and will, where it's possible, incorporate old vintage forms of transport including, but not limited to;

* Vintage Steam & Diesel Locomotive Trains

* Historic Buses & Road Coaches

* Historic Tramways

* Vintage Planes

Our tours will also help support local community museums, cafes, restaurants and other small businesses.
